IEC 61850标准在智能水电厂数据通信中的应用

Application of IEC 61850 to Smart Hydropower Plants Data Communication

为实现水电厂设备间的互操作和信息共享,智能水电厂应采用IEC 61850标准实现数据通信。文中介绍了应用IEC 61850标准的智能水电厂通信关键技术,给出了水电厂现地水情遥测系统的IEC 61850建模实例,描述了智能水电厂通信服务器端应实现的通信服务子集。同时,提出了一种智能水电厂IEC 61850通信客户端软件的实现方案,介绍了该软件的框架设计、数据接收功能和控制功能的实现。

In order to implement interoperability of devices and information sharing in smart hydropower plants,data communication system should adopt IEC 61850 standard.The key communication technologies with IEC 61850 standard in smart hydropower plants are introduced.An example of modeling with IEC 61850 in hydrological telemetry system is given.IEC 61850 communication server in hydropower plants should implement a subset of all communication services specified by IEC 61850-7-2.The detail of the subset is also provided.In the mean time,an implementation scheme of IEC 61850 communication client software of smart hydropower plants is proposed.And implementation of framework design,data receiving and control function for the software is also discussed.
