不同尿激酶给药方法对半永久性透析导管影响的回顾性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨尿激酶不同给药方法对血液透析用半永久性双腔导管尖部血栓及纤维蛋白鞘的预防及治疗效果。方法选择2008年3月~2010年12月在我院透析中心置入半永久性导管进行透析的病人45例,根据病人凝血功能及近期有无外伤、出血、手术等情况,决定使用尿激酶的不同给药方法。结果置管的45例病人除一例在外院透析未使用过尿激酶预防治疗而出现导管失功外,其他病例均功能良好。结论采用定期尿激酶滴注和尿激酶肝素混合液封管,可维持半永久性导管的通畅性,达到满足透析充分性所需的血流量,增强透析效果。
