Face Recognition on Nonsubsampled Contourlet Transform

非下采样Contourlet变换(NSCT)是Contourlet变换的改进,解决了Contourlet变换因下采样而不满足平移不变性、频谱泄露和频谱混叠等缺陷,在图像表示上能更好地表现图像的细节特征.基于非下采样Contourlet变换的优点,结合核Fisher判别分析,将其应用在人脸识别中,较好地克服了Contourlet变换的缺点,提高了识别率.

Nonsubsampled Contourlet Transform（NSCT）,improvement of improved Contourlet Transform,solve the defects of translation invariance spectral leakage and aliasing in subsampled Contourlet Transform.It can better reflecct the detail features of image.Combining NSCT with kernel Fisher Discriminant analysis,the disadvantage of contourlet was overcome,and the recognition rate was advanced in application of face recognition.
