Na_2SO_3和NaHSO_3对小鼠胃壁形态结构影响的研究

Na_2SO_3 and NaHSO_3 on Mouse Morphology of the Stomach Impact Study

以七周龄小鼠为实验对象,采用腹腔注射法用亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠混合溶液(摩尔比为3∶1)对小鼠染毒.实验结果显示,染毒组与对照组相比,胃底和胃体处胃壁厚度显著升高,其中粘膜层厚度显著升高,肌层厚度明显偏高,固有层细胞密度略高于对照组.上述结果表明,亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠使胃壁的分泌功能下降.

The seven weeks age mice was taken as the experimental object.Using the abdominal cavity injection method,with the mix solution of sodium sulfite and sodium bisulfite（the two mole of ratio is 3∶ 1） the mice were contaminated.The experimental result showed that compared the sontamination group with the blank group,the wall in fundus and corpus of stomach was remarkably thickening,that is,mucosa apparently thickening,the layer of muscularis was apparently higher than that of control group.The results also indicated that secretion founction of stomach wall lessened by sodium sulfide and sodium bisulfite.
