政治思维是政治文化和政治思想的深层结构和内在逻辑,执政者政治思维的进步标志着执政能力与治国思想的发展和成熟。改革开放以来,中国共产党果断终结"以阶级斗争为纲"的指导思想和实现工作重心向现代化建设的转移,使政治思维发生了从"革命"到"建设"的历史性转折;体制和政策的理想主义色彩淡化,政治思维具有明显的务实性,提出了社会主义初级阶段的理论;确立社会主义市场经济体制作为经济改革的目标,加强社会主义民主和法制建设,加快了由人治社会向法治社会的过渡,确立了依法治国的基本方略;与世界经济接轨,自觉融入全球化进程,政治思维由封闭走向开放。邓小平理论、"三个代表"思想和科学发展观的提出,标志我党政治思维实现了由单级思维向辩证思维的历史性飞跃。

Political Thinking is the deep structure and inner logics of political culture and political thoughts.The progress in political thinking of the executives indicates the mature and development of their executive power and governing thought.since the reform and opening,the CPC ended the guideline of class struggle.the focus of our work should be shifted from class struggle to developing the productive forces and modernizing the country,the political thinking shifted from revolution to construction.it is more practical.All the historic changes manifested our party has changed from single-stage thinking to dialectical thinking.
