对我国合唱事业的发展问题进行了如下思考:其一,要做有思想、有抱负、有使命感、勇探索、能创新的合唱事业的工作者;其二,中国合唱事业的发展要从娃娃抓起,注重中、小、幼学校的基础音乐教育;第三,构建有中国特色的合唱教育体系;第四,中小学音乐教育应适应当代世界音乐教育发展的历史潮流;第五,要学习借鉴世界先进的合唱艺术教育的理念与优秀成果。

suggsetions on the development of Chinese chorus are offered in this paper,which are： vocal coaches should be ambitious and responsible persons with a sense of mission,exploring and innovative spirits;The development of China＇s chorus should begin with the children.Emphases should be laid on the music instruction in preschools,primary and high schools;The system of choral education with Chinese characteristics should be established;vocal coaches should keep up with the trend of the most advanced choral education in the world.
