HPLC测定小建中胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin Content in Xiaojianzhong Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定小建中胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,检测波长为260 nm。结果:芍药苷在0.1μg/mL^1.2μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率为99.895%,RSD为0.9%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于小建中胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin content in Xiaojianzhong capsule.Method：HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase,detection wavelength was set at 260 nm.Result：The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.1 μg/mL^1.2 μg/mL（r=0.999 5）,average recovery rate was 99.895%,RSD was 0.9%（n=6）.Conclusion：This method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and can be used for quality control of Xiaojianzhong capsule.
