低分子肝素钙联合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛96例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcic and Ginkgo Biloba Extract in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:观察低分子肝素钙联合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:192例病例均为我院住院和门诊就诊的冠心病患者,随机分为两组,每组96例。两组病例均给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予低分子肝素钙皮下注射,银杏叶提取物注射液静脉滴注。14 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治疗后心绞痛发作次数减少,持续时间缩短,心电图改善情况显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素钙和银杏叶提取物注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcic and Gingko Biloba Extract on patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Method：192 patients with UAP were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups received conventional treatment.moreover,the treatment group was given low molecular weight heparin calcic and Gingko Biloba Extract.Results：After treatment,attack and duration of patients with UAP were decreased,ECG indications were improved in treatment group.Therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Low molecular weight heparin calcic and Gingko Biloba Extract are effective drugs in treating patients with UAP.
