Typical Faults Diagnosis of the Electronically-controlled High Pressure Common Rail Diesel Engine Based on the Flow Chart

分析了电控高压共轨柴油发动机不能起动或起动困难、发动机功率不足和发动机排气管冒黑烟等典型故障,同时针对每一故障的诊断都配以故障诊断流程图,将复杂问题简单化,极大地方便了对电控高压共轨柴油发动机故障的检测与诊断。

This paper analyzed such typical faults as the engine＇ s failure or hard to start, the shortage of engine power and the engine＇ s exausting smoke of electronically-controlled high pressure common rail diesel engine. The article matched each fault with a special flow chart in the same time, and this practice will ease the complicated problems and this also will make it more convenient to inspect and di- agnose the accidents of the electronically-controlled high pressure common rail diesel engine.
