Presents definition and application background of microwave micro-assembly technology,and its typical circuit and main technologic process and gives a detailed introduction of its application used in a wide-band passive receiver.The result shows that this micro-assembly technology has taken important role in the design of the passive receiver,and can improve microwave performance of the receiver.
