石灰立窑衬用磷酸不烧砖试制与应用

摘要 选用回转窑煅烧和竖窑煅烧的高铝矾土熟料(Al2O3≥85%)作为瘠、基掺合料,经过择优粒级配料并加入5.5%-6.0%磷酸稀释液和适量的增塑料,经混练泥料、成型制坯后、通过干燥器内烘干再入隧道窑内经700-800℃的低温焙烧、生成稳定的ALPO4相结合不烧砖,作为石灰立窑衬用耐火材料,在使用中具有高耐磨性及抗高温化学侵蚀性,不炼壁、减缓耗损,抑制窑膛扩径,有效地延长了窑衬寿命。 Adopting high alumina bauxite ( Al2O3≥ 85% ) as admixture, burdening by choosing right level of ingredients, adding 5.5% - 6.0% phosphoric acid and right amount of reinforced plastic material, through mixing clay materials practice and forming blocking, after oven drying and roasting by 700 - 800 low temperature in tunnel stove, the aluminophosphat bonded firebricks are made out. It is used as lime shaft kiln lining, which has high wear resistance and resistance to high temperature chemical aggressive, not refined wall, wastage slowing down, inhibitting kiln bore hole diameter, the kiln lining life is extended.
