摘要
针对昆钢炼钢厂60万t/年钢渣磁选处理生产线使用过程中,斜板浓密机、盘式真空过滤机处理能力不足,尾渣排放困难,污水直接外排,严重污染环境等问题,对磁选尾渣处理工艺、设备进行改造,将水力旋流器、厢式隔膜自动压滤机应用在钢渣磁选尾渣处理系统中,改造后取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。
