科研管理工作作为高职教育的重要组成部分,在高职教育教学中发挥着举足轻重的作用,但由于体制机制等原因,目前许多高职院校的科研工作还仅仅处于初步发展阶段,存在诸多问题,必须建立健全有利于科研发展的体制机制,加强各项制度建设,加大资金和人才的投入,才能充分发挥科研为教学服务的良性作用。

Scientific research management, main part of higher vocational education, plays an important part in education and teaching, but due to the system and the mechanism, currently the research work in many colleges is at a preliminary development stage with many problems, which requires establishing sound systems and mechanisms to research development, strengthening the system constuction and increasing the investment of capital and talents to give full play to teaching benign role of scientific research.
