镇江市中等职业教育对策研究

Research on countermeasures of vocational education in Zhenjiang

分析目前镇江市中等职业教育发展的现状,针对中等职业学校管理困难、专业设置混乱、课程设置不合理、与经济发展尚未完全对接等问题,应以就业为导向,加强师资建设,推进改革创新,营造发展职业教育的良好社会氛围。

This thesis analyzes the situations of secondary vocational education development in Zhenjiang and put forward countermeasures of strengthening construction of a teaching team,promoting reform and innovation and creating good social environments for vocational education development based on employment as the guide against the problems of poor management,jumbled majors and unreasonable course arrangement.
