摘要 研究碳汇林业在节能减排、应对气候变化中具有特殊地位,对森林碳汇大小的估算以及对区域森林碳吸存潜力的正确评价,寻求CO2减排与增汇的对策技术直接关系到我国节能减排目标能否实现。以《浙江省森林功能价值评估报告》为基础,结合《"森林浙江"建设纲要》等发展规划,在分析化石能源消费与碳排放状况的基础上,对浙江省碳汇林业现状与固碳潜力及发展趋势进行综合分析与评价,并提出发展碳汇林业的建议。 Researches on forestry carbon sequestration play an special role in energy-saving and emission-reduction in the fight against climate change A precise estimation of forestry carbon and regional potential of forestry carbon sinks as well as an effective exploration of measures for CO2 reduction and carbon sinks have direct bearing to the success of China's Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Project. Based on a series of forest development outlines and an analysis of fossil fuel consumption and carbon emission, this paper aims to have a comprehensive analysis of the status quo, potential and development trend of forestry carbon sequestration in Zhejiang Province. Meanwhile, suggestions will be made for forestry carbon sequestration development.
