Clarification on the Intrinsic Nature of Advanced Vocational Education

高职的本质属性是教育性与职业性。其教育性的本质属性特征即教育的干预性、关怀性、策略性和系统性等。其职业性的本质属性特征即职业知识教育的认知性,职业技能教育的实践性,职业道德教育的认同性。其实践性特征是"教学----实践----教学----实践"的特征。职业道德教育是情感认知与体验的特征。高职教育的职业性,是教育性之下的职业知识认知、技能实践与道德认同的统一。

With its intrinsic nature being educational and occupation-oriented,advanced vocational education presents some other features,such as being directive,humanistic,strategic and systematic.As for the intrinsic nature,it consists of recognition of professional education,practical feature of vocational education,and recognition of the moral education of vocational education.In terms of its knowledge teaching,vocational education features occupation-oriented,professional,skill-focused and cognitive patterns of standardized professional knowledge.In terms of practical use of vocational education,its skill training follow ＂teaching-practice-teaching-practice＂ model.In terms of moral education of vocational education,it stresses emotional recognition and sensational experience.Subject to its instructive nature,the occupation-oriented nature of advanced vocational education recognizes its knowledge teaching,skill training and work ethics.
