摘要
随着高校聘用制改革的深入,高校人事档案管理面临着许多新情况、新问题,本文阐述了高校在人事档案管理工作中存在的普遍性问题,提出了高校人事档案管理的对策以及社会化网络化发展趋势。
With the deepening reform of engagement system in colleges and universities,college personnel files management is faced with new problems and new chanllenges.This paper describes common problems existed in college personnel file management and put forward countermeasures and social and net trends of personnel file management in colleges and universities.
