本文在分析高职院校学生就业与创业机制建设的背景的基础上,分析当前高职院校学生就业与创业的现状,阐明就业与创业机制建设的支撑条件。从理念更新、制度保证、创业能力培养、实践平台建设等方面对学生就业与创业机制建设途径进行具体探讨,提出了以市场为导向的高职院校学生就业与创业服务机制的建设策略。

Based on the background of analysis of higher vocational college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship mechanism construction,the authors argue about current higher vocational college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship situation,elucidation of employment and entrepreneurship mechanism construction of supporting conditions.From the idea renewal,system guarantee,entrepreneurial ability cultivation,construction of practice platform to students in areas such as employment and entrepreneurship mechanism construction way concretely were discussed.In the end,this essay puts forward higher vocational college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship service system construction strategy.
