The characteristic industrial cluster is the main feature of the regional economic development in Xingtai.This paper presents some creative,open and comprehensive countermeasures relative to the development of the characteristic industrial cluster in Xingtai by discussing the current situation and the existing problems of the bicycle parts industrial cluster in Pingxiang county of Xingtai city.
