摘要
本文在广泛收集向日葵生物技术研究文献的基础上,对向日葵茎尖培养、幼胚培养、子房培养和原生质体培养的结果做了综述,并对向日葵基因工程做了简要介绍,提出向曰葵生物技术发展方向。
The shoot tip culture, embryo culture, ovary culture, anther and protoplast cultures were summarized with a 25 publications concerning the sunflower biotechnology, The recombinant DNA technique on the same species was introduced. Future projects were proposed by the authors.
