当前河南产业结构的深层次矛盾和问题主要表现在三次产业结构失衡、农业大而不优、工业全而不强、服务业不大、不强更不优。应坚持稳粮与提质增效并重、做大工业总量与提高核心竞争力并重、提升传统服务业与发展现代服务业并重,加快构建现代产业体系。

At present,the essential problem of Henan industrial structure is shown as that the development of tertiary industries is imbalance,the agriculture is large-scale but inefficient,the industrial sector is comprehensive but uncompetitive,and the service sector is neither strong nor competitive.Next,in order to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system,we should insist on keeping agriculture output stable and increasing efficiency,upsizing industry and promoting efficiency,advancing traditional service sectors and burgeoning modern service sectors.
