摘要
通过对金融危机下技术贸易壁垒的新趋势、对我国贸易负面影响的分析,提出新形势下我国政府和企业应对策略。
Based on the analysis of the new trends of technical barriers and the negative impact on trade under the financial crisis,countermeasures are proposed from the perspective of government and enterprises in the new situation.
