摘要
用乙醇提取蕨菜中黄酮类化合物,得到粗黄酮。利用分光光度法测定了蕨菜粗黄酮含量,用颜色反应做定性分析并与标准品芦丁作比较实验。结果表明:蕨菜干粉中总黄酮含量为7.21%,粗黄铜中黄酮含量为13.66%,蕨菜黄酮类化合物主要有黄酮和黄酮醇两类。
Extract rough flavonoid from Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum by using alcohol,analyze rough flavonoid contents in the Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum by spectrophotometryic methods,and then make qualitative analysis by coloration and compare the results with the results of rutin standard sampling.Results show that the total flavonoid content in the dry weight of Pteridiurn aquilium var.latiusculum is 7.21%,pure flavonoid in rough flavonoid is 13.66%,flavonoids of Pteridiurn aquilinurn var.tiusculum are mainly flavonoids and flavonols.
