摘要
设计了辅导员教师效能感调查问卷,通过调查发现学缘关系、工作年限等七项人口社会学变量对辅导员教师效能感产生影响,并依据这七项因素,提出了提升辅导员教师效能感的策略。
The research designs a questionnaire of the teacher efficacy,and realizes that seven demographic and sociological variables such as learning relationships,work experience and so on can affect the teacher efficacy of the university students counselors.Based on the seven factors,the improvement strategies are proposed.
