中医药对HIV-1基因调控蛋白的干预作用研究初探 被引量:1

摘要 近年来发现HIV-1病毒基因调控蛋白功能和特性与HIV病毒复制、感染、细胞毒性等密切相关,相关基础研究及临床观察均显示中医药治疗艾滋病有较好疗效。我们推测中医药治疗艾滋病的作用机制可能与对HIV病毒基因中某些调控蛋白基因的干预作用有关。本文通过对39例无症状HIV感染者的HIV-1基因调控蛋白相对表达量的横断面检测分析,观察比较空白组与治疗组、治疗短期组与治疗长期组之间HIV感染者体内HIV-1病毒基因调控蛋白tat,rev,nef,vpr,vpu,vif相对表达量的差异情况,分析中医药治疗艾滋病与其干预HIV-1病毒基因调控蛋白变化情况是否有相关性,为阐明中医药体内抑制或稳定HIV-1病毒的作用机制提供一些临床基础及理论依据。
