摘要
羟丙基-β-环糊精是近年来国际上开发的注射用新辅料,为低毒、安全有效的药物增溶剂,稳定剂和吸收促进剂。本文从化学结构、基本性质、质量标准、基本功用、安全性评价和药理学研究等方面进行概述,重点总结和评价该辅料的安全性和在注射剂中的作用,以期为合理选择和使用安全、高效的药用辅料及促进中药注射剂健康发展提供文献基础和理论依据。
Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,which is developed the accessories of new drugs in recent years,is low toxicity,safety and effective drug solubilizer,stabilizer and absorption enhancer.This article reviewed from its chemical structure,the basic nature,quality standards,the basic role,safety evaluation and pharmacological studies.Studies on the safety and the injection application of Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin provides a theoretical basis for the rational selections of injection accessories and promotes the healthy development of Traditional Chinese medicine injections.
