直丝弓矫治器矫治错頜畸形的临床研究

Prebiminary Clinical Effect Study of OPA-k Straight Wire Apphanee

目的探讨0pA-k直丝弓矫治器的临床疗效。方法收集错颌畸形患者24／例，其中男11例，女13例，年龄11～37岁，平均年龄22．4岁，均采用opA-k滑动直丝弓矫治器治疗。分析opA-k直丝弓矫治器的临床应用步骤和应用特点。结果该病例中，An-glel，Ⅱ。Ⅲ类错颌均有，所有患者中15例进行了拔牙矫治。结论opA-k滑动直丝弓矫治器可用于各类错颌矫治，其在轻力滑动法移动牙齿，有效支抗控制，简化弓丝程序等方面有突出特点。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of OPA-K straight wire. Methods we collected 24 oases with malocclusion, llmales and 13 females aged 11-37 years old, they were treated by OPA-k straight wire apphance in orthodontic clinics, liesuits satisfactory effectswere obtained in all completely treated oases. Conclusion ; OPA-k straight wire apphances maybe used in the treatment of various. It has the prominent advantages of using light sliding method to more the teeth , controlling anchorage effectively and simplifying the procedure.
