纹眼线导致干眼症的临床分析

Clinical observation of the tattoo on eyelid margin lead to dry eye syndrome

目的:探讨纹眼线对于干眼症发病的影响。方法:回顾性分析321例纹眼线术后患者,对其进行干眼问卷调查及干眼相关参数检查(包括泪膜破裂时间和泪液分泌试验),并对数据进行统计分析。结果:321例患者均有不同程度的干眼病表现,纹眼线术后5年内一般没有任何症状,5年至10年出现症状者有11.21%,10～15年为36.45%,而15年后高达97.81%。结论:纹眼线术后干眼症的发生率高,严重影响患者的生活质量。

Objective： With the appearance of cosmetic upsurge,tattoo on eyelid margin as an eye beauty technology was pro-gazed by numerous beauty-conscious women.The complication of tattoo on eyelid margin was increasing too.We aimed to study the appearance of dry eye syndrome caused by the tattoo on eyelid margin surgery.Methods： We retrospectively observed and analyzed about 321 patients with dry eye syndrome which was caused by the tattoo on eyelid margin.Results： The incidence of dry eye syndrome is 11.21% 5 to 10 years after the tattoo on eyelid margin surgery,and is up to 97.81% after 15 years.Conclusion：The accidence of dry eye syndrome is high after the tattoo on eyelid margin surgery.
