Based on the analyses of the current situation and existing problems in the cultivation of student activists for Party membership in vocational colleges,this essay studies its innovation in the aspects of early selection,procedure normalization,organizational establishment,paired help,practical training and regular observations,to ensure the quality of student Party members.
