Cultural mergence can form strong cohesion and impetus.In the pilot construction of the ＂Five Systems＂ of the State Grid,with rapidly increasing staff members and transactions,this essay introduces the three integrations of thoughts,systems and behaviors presented by Electric Power Research Institute of Chongqing Electric Power Corporation,to innovate the modes of cultural mergence.
