摘要
文化融合可以形成强大的凝聚力和推动力。本文阐述重庆电科院在国家电网公司的"五大"体系建设试点中,面对人员急速增加、业务成倍增长的情况,提出思想融入、制度融入、行为融入的"三融入"方式,助推文化融合的创新实践之路。
Cultural mergence can form strong cohesion and impetus.In the pilot construction of the "Five Systems" of the State Grid,with rapidly increasing staff members and transactions,this essay introduces the three integrations of thoughts,systems and behaviors presented by Electric Power Research Institute of Chongqing Electric Power Corporation,to innovate the modes of cultural mergence.
