摘要
针对高压变频器在运行过程中稳定性、可靠性和安全性等方面存在的问题,根据多年的现场工作经验,就高压变频器选型配置问题,提出除满足《火电厂风机水泵用高压变频器》行业标准规定之外,还需达到的其他要求。同时在高压变频器安装、运行、维护和检修等方面提出操作性较强的实施办法,以实现火电厂高压变频器在节能降耗的基础上,确保发电机组安全运行。
In order to solve existing problems in stability,reliability and security of the operational process of the HV frequency converter,based on years of field working experience,this essay suggests that the type selection and configuration of the HV frequency converter meet not only the industrial standards of 《High-voltage Inverters Used in Ventilators and Water Pumps in Thermal Power Plants》but also other relevant requirements.Besides,this essay also gives feasible implementing approaches in the installation,operation,maintenance and overhaul of the HV frequency converter,to realize both its energy conservation and the safe operation of the generator unit.
