江西省高等教育与区域经济增长关系的定量分析

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HIGHER EDUCATION AND REGIONAL ECONOMIC GROWTH IN JIANGXI PROVINCE

随着当前高新技术经济、知识经济的飞速发展,高等教育与经济发展之间关系越来越密切,高等教育对经济增长的作用也越来越重要。除了定性和抽象研究外,如何找出二者之间的量化关系和规律。选取1999-2009年江西高等教育规模、教育经费投入及经济增长水平三项指标,利用SPSS17.0统计分析软件,对江西高等教育与本区域经济增长关系进行定量研究,为处理好高等教育与经济协调发展,实现经济社会全面发展提供了参考建议。

Along with the rapid development of high- tech and knowledge economy, the interrelationship between higher education and economic development are getting closer and the role of higher education in economic development is more prominent. In addition to qualitative and general studies, the paper attempts to find out the quantitative relationship and rules. It studies the three indexes of scale of high education in Jiangxi, education expenditures and economical growth from 1999 to 2009. The paper made quantitative stud- ies on the relationship between higher education in Jiangxi and regional economical growth by applying to SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software. It also made recommendations on how to handle the eoordinatlng development between the two.
