新余市楼宇经济发展现状及对策

Current Development and Strategy Research on Building Economy in Xinyu City

在城市化进程当中,发展楼宇经济能有效化解经济资源争相集聚与土地资源日渐稀缺的矛盾,同时也是实现经济结构转型及可持续增长的有效途径与重要支撑。文章对新余市发展楼宇经济的可行性进行探讨和研究,分析发展楼宇经济存在的制约因素及问题,并针对问题提出了相应的对策建议。

During the urbanization, developing building economy can effectively solve the contradiction between economy resources and land resources, meanwhile it becomes the available method and important sustentation when transferring economy structure and maintai- ning sustainable development. This paper researches the feasibility of developing building economy and analyzes the reasons of restricting building economy. Finally, the paper provides some corresponding advice.
