地方应用型本科院校公选课的现状与应对措施

The current situation and response measures of the general course in local application-oriented institutions

公选课是高校课程体系的重要组成部分。目前地方应用型本科院校的公选课在"教"、"学"和"管理"三个层面均存在问题,这主要是由于认识不足、重视程度不够,课程设计不合理,缺乏管理制度建设和规范管理,教学经费投入少造成的。应从转变观念,正确定位;强化优势,挖掘特色;完善激励机制;建立公选课课程库,实行动态管理;加强对开课教师的监管和对学生选课的引导教育;改进教学方法和手段;加大投入,打造精品课程等方面入手加以解决。

the general elective course is the important part of course system in high education. There are some problems in the general elective course in the local applicationoriented institutions. The main reasons for it are the lack of knowledge ,management and in- vestment. We shall take some measures to resolve the problems, just like changing ideals and repositionlng, strengthening suporiority and tapping feature, improving the incentive mechanism, building the course database and carrying out dynamic management, strengthening supervision and introduction, improving the ways of teaching, increasing investment and creating good courses.
