摘要
通过对某高校学前教育专业2012届毕业生的就业意向进行调查,总结该届卒业生就业意向与行为特点:直接求职是毕业后的首选出路,原因是生计需要,就业地区集中在本省省会和东部沿海开放城市;地理位置是否良好是影响毕业生择业行为的最主要因素;大部分毕业生青睐公立幼儿园,期望月薪集中在2001-3000元,但与现实情况不符;毕业生择业方式多种多样,工作或实习经验是找到好工作的最重要法宝;自身条件欠缺,缺乏竞争力成为择业不顺的最主要原因。根据调查结果中呈现出来的问题,从引导学生树立正确的职业观、开设有效实用的就业指导课、加强学生专业素质和职业素质、提供更多见实习机会、建立广泛社会关系等五个方面提出对策建议。

Work or experience is most important factor to find a good job. lack of conditions and competitiveness is the main reason for failure employment. Based on the problem which present in consequence, we put forward countermeasures and recommendations: Guide students to establish correct concept; Set up effective employment guidance course; Enhance students'professional quality and professional quality; Provide more internship opportunities; Establish a wide range of social relations.
