The Function and Application of Career Education in Ideological and Political Education for College Students

生涯是人的一生中工作或与职业有关经历的总和,通过分析生涯教育在教育对象、培养目标、教育内容、教育价值等方面与大学生思想政治教育的关联属性,可以促进思政教育目标的具体化、清晰化,实现教育内容的一体化、生活化,达到教育方式个性化、多样化,发挥思想教育的良好负载功能。高校应通过加强师资力量建设,提升教学队伍素质,推进教学课程改革,合理完善学科体系,以社会实践为平台促进学生全面发展,实现生涯教育在大学生思想政治教育中的应用。

Career is the sum of individual experience of profession or occupation through life.Through comprehension of career＇s connotation,this article analyzes the correlation between career education and ideological political education through the aspects of education objects,education objectives,education contents and education value.Career education is highly valuable in improving the rectification and distinctness of education objectives,in the integration and practicality of education contents,in the individuation and diversification of education methods,and in realizing the load function of ideological education.Colleges and Universities should strengthen teaching staff construction,improve teaching team＇s quality,promote curriculum reform,and perfect discipline systems.Based on the platform of social practice,the methods for all-round development of students need to be promoted to accomplish the application of career education in ideological and political education for college students.
