摘要
尽管近年来各高校均已加强了辅导员队伍的建设,但辅导员的职业忠诚度仍普遍较低。究其原因,主要是因为职业前途暗淡、自我价值无法实现、职业归属感差、福利待遇相对较低等因素造成。可以通过开展职业生涯教育、拓宽升迁渠道、营造以人为本的环境等途径培育辅导员的职业忠诚度,同时要构建公平合理的薪酬体系,完善科学管理体制。
Although in recent years,colleges and universities have strengthened the development of counselors,but their loyalty to profession is still generally low.It is mainly because that the career prospects are dim,self-worth can not be achieved,the sense of belonging to job is poor and the job's benefits are relatively low.We can improve the counselors' loyalty to the job through carrying out career education,broadening the channels of promotion and creating a people-oriented environment.Besides,in order to achieve that,we should build a fair and equitable pay system and improve the scientific management system.
