摘要
目前,我国收养制度对内效力不明确,现有立法在平衡收养人与生父母权益方面存在重大缺陷,这一制度缺陷无法面对我国每年大量儿童遗失的同时又有大量儿童被收养的现实困境。构建收养身份占有时效制度具有可行性和现实必要性。
The inside effect on our adoption system is not defined.The present laws have great failures on equivalent the adopter rights and bio-parents rights.The system failures is invalid to face the reality of millions children＇s lost at same time lots of children adopted.It is feasible and necessary to build up occupant prescription system about adoption identity.
