浅议高职院校实践教学师资队伍现状与建设思路

Discussion of Practice Teaching Staff Situation and Construction Thinking in Higher Vocational College

实践教学是高等职业教育的关键环节,从高职人才培养的需求出发,分析目前高职院校实践教学师资队伍的现状及存在的问题,提出实践教学师资队伍体系的建设思路和相关措施的必要性与可行性,并制定各类人员的主要职责和确保实践教学师资队伍稳定的运行措施。

Practice teaching is the key link of higher occupation education,this article analyzes the present situation and the existence question of the current teaching staff from the higher vocational talents training needs,proposes the necessity and feasibility of the teaching staff construction thinking and related measures,and give all kinds of personnel responsibilities and ensure the teaching staff stable running measures.
