Comparison of Digital Reference Services in Chinese and Foreign University Libraries

This article compares the digital reference services in Chinese and Foreign University libraries from two sides,which are theoretical research side and practice application side.It presents several suggestions and inspirations in order to promote the development of digital reference service of University libraries in China.
