环酯红霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect Cyclic Esters of Erythromycin on Non-gonococcal Urethritis

目的探寻治疗非淋菌尿道炎的理想药物。方法观察环酯红霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效,并与阿奇霉素进行比较。结果环酯红霉素组的有效率为84.0%,阿奇霉素组为66.7%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论环酯红霉素是治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的一种安全、有效的抗菌药。

Objective Search for the ideal drug treating non gonococcal urethritis.Method Observe the curative effect cyclic esters of erythromycin have on non gonococcal urethritis,compared with Archie mildew pigment.Result The efficiency of cyclic esters of erythromycin is 85.0%,while that of Archie mildew pigment is 66.7%,As a result,the differences between the two groups are significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Cyclic esters of erythromycin is a safe and effective antibacterial drug that treats non gonococcal urethritis.
