基于灰色模糊聚类法的高职院校内涵建设评估研究

摘要 建立高职院校内涵建设评估指标体系,该体系涉及人才培养、办学条件、师资队伍建设、科研水平和社会服务五个方面,共21个指标.选取了福建省11所示范性高职院校作为评估样本,采用灰色系统理论中的灰色关联度分析,对其内涵建设相关指标进行关联度测算,得到11所院校内涵建设的排名情况,再应用模糊聚类分析进行动态分类,绘出不同置信水平λ下11所高职院校内涵建设情况的动态聚类谱系图,最后对评估结果进行分析. Establishment of the connotation construction in Higher Vocational Colleges evaluation index system involves five aspects,including talent training,school conditions,construction of teachers,scientific research and social service,a total of 21 indicators.In Fujian Province 11 demonstrative higher vocational colleges are selected as the evaluation samples.Grey corelation analysis in the Grey system theory analysis is used to take measurements and caculate its connotation construction related index correlation,which gets the eleven ranked colleges on the connotation construction.Fuzzy clustering analysis is used to make dynamic classification to draw dynamic cluster pedigree diagram about connotation construction in 11 higher vocational colleges under the different confidence level λ,and finally the evaluation results are analyzed.
