基于SWOT分析的新疆高校教育国际化发展策略——以石河子大学为例

A SWOT Analysis of Education Internationalization in Universities in Xinjiang ——Taking Shihezi University as an example

随着世界经济全球化的进一步深入,高校教育国际化已成为当前全球范围内高等院校改革与发展的热点和趋势。本文以石河子大学为例,采用SWOT分析法剖析新疆高等教育国际化所具有的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和威胁,并提出深入国际化观念,配套国际化战略改革制度,加大师资队伍和课程体系的国际化力度,积极扩大留学生规模等适合新疆高校教育国际化的发展策略。

With the globalization of world economy, internationalization of higher education has become the hot issues and emerging trends of higher education reform and development across the world. Taking Shihezi university as an example, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on education internationalization of Xinjiang universities by SWOT analysis, and proposes the development strategy which fit internationalization of higher education in Xinjiang, such as how to deeper international concept, support the reform of the system of international strategy, increase faculty and curriculum internationalization efforts, expand the scale of foreign students actively.
