警察院校学员课外体育锻炼调查研究

The Research of Students Extracurricular Physical Activity in Police College

利用问卷调查法对南京森林警察学院警员课后锻炼的目的与内容、活动的频度与时间、活动形式和项目的选择调查分析.结果发现:警察院校学员参与课后体育锻炼的目的性较强;参加体育活动的动机具有集中和针对性;在活动项目的选择上主要以体能、力量和跑步等与警察体能密切相关的项目;在课后体育锻炼中多以身体锻炼为目的,运动负荷较大,低年级锻炼为警察院校课后体育锻炼人群主体,高年级属于人群中少数.

Through the questionnaire survey of Nanjing Forest Police College about,the purpose of training police officers and after-school content,activities,frequency and time,the form and the selection of projects,we found： police cadets participate in after-school physical activity with a strong purpose and the motivation to participate in sports activities is focused and targeted,the selection of projects in the activities are mainly on physical and quite related with police.Wtat is more,in after-school physical activities to exercise is the main aim and large exercise is loaded,and the lower-graders are the majority while higher graders take up the smaller part of the crowd.
