摘要
体育教师的组织承诺、工作倦怠对高校体育教学的进行具有重要的意义.本文研究了高校体育教师的组织承诺和工作倦怠状况,并对组织承诺和工作倦怠的关系进行分析.研究表明:高校体育教师存在工作倦怠和组织承诺水平低的状况;不同职称和月薪差异对工作倦怠和组织承诺的影响显著;工作倦怠和组织承诺存在很强的相关;研究初步建立了组织承诺为因变量工作倦怠各因子为自变量的回归方程.
Organizational commitment and job burnout are very important to college PE. This paper studies the situation of organizational commitment and job burnout, and analyzes the relationship between them. The study indicates that: college teachers' organizational commitment and job burnout are not in good status, or- ganizational commitment and job burnout have significant difference in title and monthly income, there is a strong correlation between job burnout and organizational commitment. The study also establishes a regression equation which employs preliminary organizational commitment as the dependent variable and job burnout factors as variables.
