摘要
人力资源开发的重要手段是培训,培训管理作为人力资源开发与管理的重要组成部分,是提升员工素质、调动员工积极性、促进煤矿企业转型跨越发展的必要手段。本文从加强煤矿企业培训的现实需要和重要意义出发,阐明了培训应遵循的原则,明确培训的工作步骤,提出培训的有效方法。论述了加强培训管理对提高煤矿企业综合竞争力具有重要意义。
The important mean of human resources development is training,the training management as an important part of the human resources development and the management is enhancing the personnel quality,motivating the staff,the necessary means of promoting the transformation spanning development of the coal mine enterprises.This paper,from the reality needs and important meaning of strengthening training in coal mine enterprise,expounds the principles that the training should follow,makes clear the training procedures,puts forward the effective method of training.Discusses the important meaning that improves the training management to increase the comprehensive competitiveness in the coal mines.
