摘要
法学理论在整个法学中具有枢纽性的重要地位,教学法理学的难度大意义更大。要知难而进把握法学理论教育的四大面向:阅读面向、思维面向、实践面向、语言面向,切实提高学生的法学理论素养。
Legal theory has the important position in the whole science of law,and the teaching of jurisprudence is difficult but of greater significance.The teaching should be carried out despite difficulties to grasp the four general aspects in legal theory education： the reading,the thinking;the practice;and the language,to improve the legal theoretical attainment in the students.
