摘要
提出了霍尔效应中存在霍尔电压与励磁电流的非线性对应关系这一设想.在霍尔电流IS=9.00mA的条件下,通过不断增加励磁电流来研究霍尔电压与励磁电流的关系.当励磁电流IM超过1.6A后,确实出现了霍尔电压与励磁电流的非线性对应关系,验证了设想.
In this paper,the idea of nonlinear corresponding relationship between hall voltage and exciting current was suggested.Under the condition of the hall current(IS = 9.00 mA),the relationship of hall voltage and exciting current had been researched by continuously increasing exciting current.The nonlinear corresponding relationship between hall voltage and exciting current was exactly appered when the exciting current more than 1.6A.So the idea was confirmed.
