葛根素对大鼠急性胰腺炎血浆内皮素和一氧化氮的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测葛根素(puerarin)对急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)大鼠血浆内皮素(Endothelin,ET)和一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)变化的影响,探讨葛根素对急性胰腺炎的作用。方法 54只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为假手术(SO)组、模型对照(AP)组和葛根素治疗(P)组。各组动物于术后6h、12h、24h 3个时段分批采血分离血清,检测ET和NO的变化;取胰头部胰腺组织用于光镜组织病理学检查。结果光镜下P组各时间点胰腺病理损伤与AP组比较有所减轻(P<0.05);P组与AP组相比,ET和ET/NO明显较低(P<0.01),NO明显较高(P<0.05)。结论葛根素能升高血浆中NO的水平,改善胰腺微循环障碍。 Objective To investigate the effect of puerarin on endothelin and nitric oxide in serum of acute pancreatitis rats.Methods 54 SD rats were divided at random into acute pancreatitis group(AP group),sham operation group(SO group) and puerarin treatment group(P group),18 rats in each group.Rats were sacrificed at 6,12 and 24h after operation.The blood samples were collected from femoral artery and the levels of endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) in serum were measured.The head of pancreatic tissue was collected for histopathological observation.Results Under light microscope,pancreatic injury in R group was lighter than AP group.Compared with AP group,the levels of ET and ET/NO in P group was lowered(P0.01) and the level of NO was increased(P0.05).Conclusion Puerarin can elevate the level of NO and improve disturbance of microcirculation of pancreas.
