摘要
目的探讨模拟病房在课间实习中应用的可行性与重要性。方法将实习生进行分组,实验组30名、对照组30名,模拟病房应用于课间实习,实习结束进行考核。结果实验组与对照组考核得分相比:人文关怀、病史采集、体格检查、病案分析、理论知识考试等成绩存在差异,且有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论模拟病房在课问实习中应用,能够提高临床教学质量。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and importance of the application of simulation ward in medical practice between classes. Methods To divide the interns into two groups : the ex- perimental group of 30 and the control group of 30. Both groups apply the simulation ward to practice between classes and both are assessed at the end of the practice. Results To compare the final score of the experimental group and the control group, and significant differences are found in the following aspects: humanistic care, history taking, physical examination, medical record analysis, the theoretical knowledge examinations with the data of P 〈0.05. Conclusion The application of simulation ward in medical practice between classes can imorove the oualitv of clinical teaching.
